Easy to use and get started but I don’t see how it is easier to build than any other newsletter/subscription platform.
So far here is how I see Substack helping creators:

If there exists a “New York of Australia”, is it Sydney or Melbourne?
I just started mine, but unlike a few, I am not completely abandoning Medium or Beehiiv.
